Inauguration of the FJKM (Fiangonan'i Jesoa Kristy eto Madagasikara or Church of Jesus Christ in Madagascar) and 150th anniversary of the arrival of the Gospel in Madagascar. The reverend Charles Westphal (on the left), president of Fédération Protestante de France, also representative of the Société des Missions Evangéliques de Paris (Paris evangalical mission society) of which he is vice-president and representative of the World Council of Churches (he was a member of its central comity between 1961 and 1968) and the reverend Bridel (on the left), president of the council of the Département missionnaire des églises protestantes de Suisse romande, are visiting Mr. Calvin Tsiebo (on the right), vice-president of the government of the malagasy republic. Mr. Tsiebo is protestant and member of the Malagasy lutheran Church.
