The back of the envelope reads, "The authorized gold stamp replica preserved in this cover is produced under a non-exclusive licensing agreement with the United States Postal Service. Stamp design copyright U.S. Postal Service; Cover design copyright postal commemorative society" -- [back].; Card inside envelope, [4.25 x 7.5], reads, "Gospel singers; Clara Ward; First day of issue, July 15, 1998; First day city, New Orleans, Louisiana, site of the 1998 Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship Conference; Stamp illustrator, Gary Kelley, Cedar Falls, IA" followed by a brief biography of the leader of the most successful gospel group -- [front].
