Report of Manuel Dominguez, 2nd Constitutional Alcalde of Los Angeles, on lawsuit between Justo Morillo and Jose Sepulveda. Morillo sued Sepulveda for taking a piece of lumber from the beach on a place called La Bolsa. After a hearing, Dominguez decided that the lumber belonged to both litigants and awarded each half, with the condition that Sepulveda deliver Morillo's half to the door of Morillo's house in compensation for having done the work of sawing.; Original Spanish document: pages 65-66.
