Description	Described as land he intended to cultivate, 350 varas square, contiguous to the land of Cresencia Valdez, thence in a Westerly direction 346 varas, contiguous to the lands of Abel Stearns, thence in a Northerly direction 252 varas and thence in an Easterly direction 276 varas, to the point of beginning. Also described as bounded on the West by Cresencia Valdez, on the North by Abel Stearns, on the South by the Main Road, and on the East by vacant lands.; Original Spanish document: pages 193-195.
