Streetcar rails go down the center of the dirt street. The courthouse, on the left, is a tall stone building with a clock tower. Utility lines and poles go down both sides of the street. A large tree is in the right foreground. Numerous pedestrians are on the sidewalks. A bicyclist is visible riding down the street in the distance. Legible signs include: ..."nn [...]ale[...] liquors, cigars, insurance"..., "The Stewart", "Prices cut in twain on the Santa Ana stock of clothing and shoes", "Law office"..., "Dry goods".
