Ralph Neil Davis -- 40 years (Los Angeles city fireman and son of late Police Chief James Davis).; Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Gaze. Date: 1958-05-27. Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Ralph Davis arrested. 58/59/60/55: Ralph Neil Davis, 40, L.A. city fireman and son of the late Police Chief James E. Davis of L.A., at West L.A. police station where he is being held as a 'Peeping Tom' suspect. Davis and 2 policemen were treated for minor injuries sustained when Davis fought them and escaped, to be arrested near his home hours later".
