Date: 1957-01-25. Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Frank Hofues will case. 59/60: Attorney Charles Higson and his client, Virginia Pauldino, 28, who shortly will introduce a codicil to the will of millionaire Frank Hofues, in which Miss Pauldino will claim a $500,000 share of the estate. 57/58: Miss Virginia Pauldino, former Denver, Col., legal secretary, listens to proceedings in Santa Monica Superior Court. She is wearing a 6-carat diamond engagement ring she says was given her by Frank Hofues, millionaire. 6/52: Frank S. Hofues, Jr., 37, who today was appointed executor of the estate of his late father, millionaire Frank Hofues. A fight over the will looms".
