Date: 1954-06-09. Assignment: Found abandoned baby, 6 hrs. old, Long Beach Community Hospital. 99: Dr. Phillip Floripe, resident doctor at community Hospital who tended infant on arrival at hospital; nurse Mrs. Lurella Hinkle, and baby. 7: Nurse Hinkle & babe. 70/71: Center of attention in maternity ward was baby as nurses gathered about to admire "perfect baby" left in packing box by mother.
