Harbor Hoodlums. No 1-2 --- Raphel (correct) Moton, 28, bartender, points to left to right, William Stokes, 22, James Caples, 23, Clarence Caples, 21, identifying them as member of hoodlum gang which beat him in a 'revenge' plot. Detectives say trio may be members of Hoodlum Gang which has been operating as 'rat packers' in harbor area.".
