Description	Photograph of an architectural drawing of proposed Ambassador Center; 1st phase. A note at the bottom of the photograph reads: "Ambassador International. Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall. Architects & Engineers; (This is 1st phase); New wing of hotel with 32-story tower ". A note on the top of the photograph reads: "For orientation: IBM bldg under construction -- not part of Ambassador Development; 25-story Bldg part of Ambassador Internatl.; Texaco Bld. under Const. Not part of Ambasdr [sic] plan".; "This is definite. ¿ Initial phase of the gigantic project is defined in the illustration (above) and sketch at right. A wing with 32-story tower (center, above) is added to existing hotel. Deck over lobby level (checkered area in sketch) will cover convention hall-ballroom for 2500 persons, with supplemental area for 1000 more. First office building ¿ 25-stories ¿ rises at left in illustration. Between this structure and new wing will be a lake with a passenger ramp crossing it from Wilshire boulevard (front of site)" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "July 11, 1957". Verso dated, "July 11, 1957".
