Description	4 images. Boy hit by truck at Ocean front, 27 March 1952. Christopher Mueller, 2 1/2, victim; Mrs. Virginia Mueller, mother; Penny Surber, 13, neighbor; Archer B. Saunders, 39, truck driver. (Sleeve reads: A9452).; Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Gaze. Date: 1952-03-27. Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Biy hit by truck. #31-33-34-81: Christopher Mueller, 2 1/2, lies on promenade in front of his home at 1335 Ocean Front Walk, after he was hit and knocked temporarily unconscious by a truck. Beside him are his mother, Mrs. Virginia Mueller, and a neighbor, 13-year-old Penny Surber. Mrs. Mueller said the family had moved to the beach front so the youngster would be safe but the truck driver, Archer B. Saunders, 39, 1218 1/2 9th Street, said the boy darted onto the walk from the side of the house".
