McBrian, chief of special services at hosp. 83: Millett in bed, view from foot of bed showing overhead motors & hoist mechanism. Nos. 84, 85, 77 and 74 are in sequence to show how he uses hoist to lift him from motorized wheelchair into bed: 84: Start of process, he in wheelchair. 85: hoist has raised his legs to bed one at a time; 77: he is midair after lift, moving laterally toward bed. 74: Sitting safe on bed -- all by pressing electric buttons in hand switch".
