Description	Photograph of a drawing. "$3,000,000 project -- This is artist's drawing of planned exposition building for Los Angeles. The building, which will seat 25,000 persons, will be paid for by state's share of pari-mutuel [sic] racing. Site of project is a 25-acre area in East Los Angeles. Work will be delayed until the end of housing emergency." -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 11 March 1947.
