Description	Photograph. "Drawing reveals plans for ultra-modern structures. Project, including 25-story apartment house, will be completed in 1960. -- Plans for a $14,000,000 apartment house and office building development on Wilshire Boulevard just west of the Veterans Administration facility, including a 25-story apartment house, were disclosed yesterday in Mayor Norris Poulson's office. -- The announcement was made by B.C. Deane [...] -- Engineering for three apartment houses, 25, 17 and 14 stories high, and an office building eight stories high, will be completed within six months, with the project expected to be finished early in 1960. -- Two-story parking -- Architect Phillip [...] Barrington, Texas and Stoner Avenue. -- It will be in modern design with two stories for parking below ground level, and extensive open areas for swimming ppols and other".... -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 19 June 1958.
