Father is so good, hr says it is a great honour to be
the first child in Great Britain to receive Pentecost, and
oh, it is so wonderful. '
Mrs. P. was ill yesterday and sent for mother and
Pastor Barratt, and Jesus gave me the message, " Thou
shalt lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." The
message to-day is, " The Lord whom ye seek shall suddenly come to His temple." Mai. iii, i.—J. V. B.

Janie and I have both received the Holy Spirit with
.the Gift of Tongues last night, Janie got it before me
because she was praying with Pastor Barratt, and I was
not there. Then Pastor Barratt came to me and brought
.me into the drawing room where all the people were,
Pastor Barratt laid his hands on me and the Holy Spirit
came into me and I began to cry out to Jesus, then my
mouth began to move and then my tongue and I began
to talk away for over an hour. Pastor Barratt said, I
said some Norwegian words, but they could not make
.out what I said. Mother said I looked as if I was
preaching to" somebody. But before this I said in
English, " Jesus is coming soon," and other things too.
I am so glad He has come.

Testimony'of a Young Man.
Dear Mr. Boddy,
On Wednesday night, Sept. 4th, I accepted Christ as
my Saviour, and told Him I accepted cleansing through
■ His Precious Blood. I believe that my heart was
, cleansed, and I kept praising Him. Glory to God. On
Thursday night, Sept. 5th, I accepted my Pentecost
through the Blood of Jesus, I told Him I stood upon His
most blessed promises, St Luke xi, 13. I stood upon
that promise till Wednesday night, Sept. nth. Oh, that
blessed night when Christ came in in all His fulness, Glory
to Jesus. Oh, Glory, Glory, Glory be to God. Yes
Christ came in. I knelt down in the meeting and told
Christ that I had my Pentecost, that I believed it was
already in my heart I had no sooner put myself, under
the Precious Blood of Jesus, then my whole body began
to shake very much, Glory to God. I knew it was Jesus,
so I let Him have His own way, I had put all on the
altar, so I knew it was my blessed Saviour coming in in
all His power. Glory, Glory, Glory to Jesus. While my
body was shaking Pastor Barratt commenced singing
" Precious, precious Blood of Jesus," and oh, the joy that
