We wish God-speed to Overseas Workers
returning to the Field
Miss Ruck third from left in front
Miss Rock to Sierra Leone
MISS F. E. RUCK, A.G. missionary to Sierra Leone,
was given a hearty send-off from Euston Station on
Thursday morning, December 2nd, by quite a representative gathering of friends. She was boarding the
•boat train to Liverpool where she was due to join.the
M.V. Accra, outward bound for Freetown. Miss Ruck
was returning to the Field from furlough, to resume her
work in co-operation with Miss R. Watling. She has
already seen about 20 years' service in Sierra Leone
and her labours in the Gospel are reaching several tribes,
including the Theme, the Krus and the Limbas. She
enjoys the keen support of her home Assembly, East
Ham, whose pastor, Clyde Young, was among those
present at Euston Station to wish her "God-speed".
The good wishes and prayers of the Fellowship, go with
our sister as she enters yet another term of active service
for the Lord Jesus in West Africa. L.F.W.
Mr. & Mrs. Luther Morgan to India
MR. AND MRS. LUTHER MORGAN sailed for India
on the Canton on December 2nd. They were given a
good send-off from Platform No. 11 at Waterloo
Station, which is the boat-train platform, and was
thronged with a colourful and animated company of
folk of many nations, for the Canton was bound for the
Far East. Amidst the bustle we gathered round them
and committed them into the keeping of our Heavenly
Father, on whose business they are going forth. Mr.
Morgan goes back after a term on the Field; Mrs.
Morgan has gone out for the first time. We pray that
God's richest blessing may rest upon them, and that
. they may see much blessing and rejoice in leading
many souls out of the darkness of idolatry into the
glorious freedom of the Sons of God.
