re Mens Training Home, Attendance at Places of Worship eto.
Copy Resolution passed 20th July 1915,
A letter addressed to the Council from the Training
Horn* by Messrs Boyoe, Boyd, Leigh, Riohardson and Lower
was read and considered, and it was proposed "by Mr*
Titterington, seoonded by Mr. Wiggleaworth, and unanimously resolTOd that :-
1* The Students In the Mens Training Home are expectod
to attend every Sunday morning some regular Place of
Worship whioh they shall bo at liberty to seleot for
themselves*
2* They shall also be free to hold on Sunday mornings
among themselves a Breaking of Broad Service provided
that this does not interfere with their attending a Place
of Worship*
9* The Students shall be free on Saturday evenings to
hold open air Meetings in any neighbouring di at riot they
may ohoose*
4* Subject to the approval of tho Principal of the
Training Home the Students shall be free to accept
invitations to minister to any Christian Assembly la or
around London on Sundays, and when the distance of any suoh
Assembly from tho Training Homo would necessitate travelling
in a public or,other vehicle or carriage by tho Students
they shall arrange to go to suoh Assembly from the Saturday
erenlng to tho Monday morning*

Referring to tho desirs some of tho Students may have to
attend Plaoes of Worabip on Sunday at a distance from the
Homo tho Counoil think it desirable that in visiting any
Assemblies on a Sunday it should not be at a distance
whioh would necessitate their using a publio vehicle for
travelling, and also that tho Students should make arrangements to be back at tho Home for the regulated hoar fa*
meals, and give duo notioe to tho House Mother should they
anticipate returning after tho meal hour*
