| Abstract | This dissertation describes the development of new, practical and experimentally convenient methodologies for multi-functional molecules. -- In the first chapter, the three-component reaction involving boronic acids is reviewed. -- Chapter 2 describes a novel approach to the multi-substituted pyridyl aminomethanes. -- Chapter 3 describes a new method to for synthesis of functionalized a-aminophosphonates and a-aminobiphosphonates via three-component process. -- Chapter 4 describes convenient approaches to diversified heterocylic compounds involving the three-component reaction. |
