however, reading between the lines of what i read and what i was told, i am inclined
to think that the deportat'on order is the proper one.

the Protection of the Foreign 3orh, an organization, which, if my memory is correct, has
been identified as a communist run organization. Second, amid the rather glutinous
replies to my questions, cam forth the idea that Mr Kimm had come from raexico. 3' nee

stance suggests that he may have entered this country illegally. And it has com to my
attention that the mexican border is one of the favorite areas of ingress and exit for
communist agents.

"invocation" but to the non-legal mind I know that many legal minds so interpret the
"invocation" but to me, invoking the fifthamendraent invoking a privilege against self-
incrimination is a clear implication of guilt, although I readily concede that such
an implication would not constitute evidence for prosecution of a crime.
