Principles
I* The intensification of the national unity through the cooperation and
and unification of all revolutionary forces within Korea.
2* The recognition of the Korean Provisional Government by the United
Nations as the organ of all xjonsfajajsaaqp national revolutionary parties*
3. The mobilization of all forces in Korea, China, Russia, and Americas
for the purpose of launching a large scale offensive against the Japanese
in coodination with the offensive of the Allies*
4* The organization and training of the people in Korea toward the final
uprising against the Japanese military power*
5* The organization and training of the Koreans outside of K@rea for participation in the national independence movement.
6. Tne full participation in China1s war of liberation and in the greater
world-wide struggle against Faseisim.
7a The mutual aid in all the oppressed peoples* struggle against the Japanese military rule, and in the Japanese people*s fight to overthrow their
Fascist government.
Program
1. To overthrow the Japanese imperialist rule in Korea* and to establish
a free, independent, democratic form of government //? AW*^,
2. To summon a people* s representative assembly ixzSsznqp in Korea within
a year of national independence for the purpose of framing the national
constitution, and in accordance of which, a general election shall be
held.
3* To confiscate the properties of the Japanese imperialist agents, the
traitors and of all the pro-Japanese elements* To apply those seized
properties for national reconstruction and for agricultural rehabilitation*
4* To promote the cooperation of agriculture and industry and to protect
the properties and enterprises maintained by all anti-fascists and
loyal citizens*
5* To organize the national armed forces through conscription for th© defense of the state and people*s tHlsrssl interests and welfare*
6* To seek the development and efficiency of labor through the proper regulation of working conditions and through all necessary measures of
social security•
7* To establish equal rights of women in all political, economic and social
life*
