(a) The name and style of the associates form, under the Charter of
Incorporation filed with the Treasurer of the Territory of Hawaii on the
day of October, A. D. 1935, is the "KOREAS MUTUAL BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION.11
(b) The association shall have a common seal consisting of a circle
having its circumference the word? "Korean Mutual Benevolent Association,
Honolulu, T. H«, and vdthin the circle the words "Incorporated ,

PRINCIPAL OFFICE
The principal office of the association shall be at such place in
Honolulu, City and County of Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii or at such other
place in said Territory as the Board of Directors may from ti^e to time select.
ARTICLE III
ELIGIBILITY ASP'ADMISSION OF KEMBEFS
(a) Members of the association shall consist of two classes, to-wit:
Senior Members and Junior Uembers. This association is open to all persons of
Korean parentage.
