The International Conference on Signal Processing Applications and Technology and DSP WORLD
EXPO '93, which will be held at the Santa Clam Convention Center from September 28-Octobcr I, IW£.
For the past several years, wc have been organizing this annual event for the Digital Signal Processing
(DSP) Industry. The International Conference on Signal Processing Applications and Technology, now in
its fourth year* has attracted engineers from around the world interested in the latest DSP applications.
As an integral part of the conference, we also host DSP WORLD EXPO, an exhibition of major
companies in the DSP industry who come to display their products and exchange ideas, (We have
enclosed a partial list of our exhibitors for the show.)
Each year, a keynote speaker is featured at a banquet held for all of our Conference attendees. Your
remarks would be especially pertinent to our audience considering that the emerging applications of
Wireless communications such as LANs and digital cellular telephony (with which you are more than
familiar) utilize DSP technology extensively. Because of Qualcomm's leadership in communications
technology, we feel that your presence would be greeted most enthusiastically b> our audience.
