Staff positions, many of which are salaried, are still open, the editor sa. . Applications for jobs, which range from secretary to section editors, may be picked up in 300 SU or 405 SU. The engineering hall is the first structure to be completed under the Master Plan begun in 1961. The structure will hold four major departments and labs. El Rodeo editor Balloting to End On Union Tax 'Draculas Plot Night Meeting The Count Dracula Society, an organization “devoted to the serious study of horror films and gothic literature,” will meet at the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, 666 W. 23th St., tonight at 7:30. A new board of governors will be appointed and plans for the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of legendary Mrs. Ann Kadcliffe will be made. Herman Cohen’s “Horrors of the Black Museum,” in color and cinemascope, and a brief lecture, “Vampires Do Exist: The Beliefs of Father Montague Summers,” are also on the society’s agenda. On Sept. 1 Kappa Sigma was officially reinstated at USC. It is now recognized by the Interfraternity Council. Fraternity Affairs Adviser Mike Paulin says the fraternity has pledged 18 men. In addition, six members of Kappa Sigma who were attend-I ing other schools have transferred to USC. The other men who were in Kappa Sigma in its last year at USC have rejoined the group. Kappa Sigma President Dick Ross, a graruate transfer student, claims repair work on the structure’s second floor will be finished by the end of October. ISH chairmen Amu Sarkar and Ed Pyle announced yesterday. They added that the house's operations and guidance will be under the direct authority and control of Yiets Logue, counselor of foreign students.; Governing the house will be a faculty member and the chairmen, all living on the premises. No other persons may remain in the house overnight. The chairmen were told by the administration that the agreement would continue through June 30, 1964. It will.
