Dean of Students Paul A. Bloland yesterday ordered Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity to disband and suspended the group’s charter indefinitely.
Catalyst for the dean’s action was a Sunday ni^ht stag party which, according to police, featured a nu^le stripper, pornagraphic films and a subsequent assault upon the stripper. 0
The stag party, held at a TEP active's Beverly Hills home, was allegedly sponsored by the fraternity.
Beverly Hills Police Chief Clinton H. Anderson said the stripper, a young woman in her early 20s, was paid $50 to do a nude dance.
When she left the party she was asked to accompany a man whom she recognized from the party.
According to police, the stripper refused his offer.
The man allegedly preceded to hit her. breaking her nose, knocking out three teeth and inflicting lacerations around her mouth and chin.
Assaulters Identity Police would not indicate whether the man who assaulted the woman was a member of Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity.
The stripper was treated at the Beverly Hills first aid station. Further police investigation is underway today | and the case will be presented
