ENGINEER GROUPS PLAN TRIP FRIDAY
Lectures by prominent men of the engineering profession, followed by insp°ction trips, comprise the program of all-Engineering activities for the semester, according to Dean Phillip S. Riegier. Th° series of lectures will be held every Thursday morning at 11:10 in Science 159. Fieii trips have been arranged for Fridays, and a committee, headed by Toni Brooks has been appointed to supervise transportation.
An observation of the sewage disporal plant located near Griffith Park will be held this Friday. The experimental work which is being done with respect to sewage treatment, Is being carried on there, and will be a matter of Interest to all tbe vl*itor*. This trip follows a lecture of Mr. C. K.
